    Do I have to be home when you come?
    Nope. As long as we can access the yard, you don't need to be there. We'll text you when we finish and make sure the gate is securely locked behind us.
    Can my dogs stay outside while you scoop?
    We love dogs! If they are friendly and comfortable with strangers in the yard, they can absolutely hang out with us. If they are aggressive or overly anxious, we ask that you keep them inside on service days.
    What do you do with the waste?
    We securely bag all the dog poop we collect. Depending on your preference, we can either place it in your designated outdoor trash bin or haul it away entirely.
    Can I cancel anytime?
